Legal Question
My husband and i seperated. He doesn't want to pay my any rent even though he is still on the lease until february. He is not a resident here or has work permit. He has a tax id number. He told me by law he is not responsible becouse he doesn't have social security and that is why he doesn't have to pay his share of the rent.
Is that true? What are my rights?
