Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

The person who owns the home behind me has a large amateur radio antenna. He is regularly up on the antenna doing whatever he is doing. Here is the problem. We have a pool and he will go up on the antenna when he hears us in the pool. My wife is very attractive and she normally wears a bikini. Additionally, there are times when the children are away that we would like to have some "mommy & daddy" time. We have a privacy fence but the antenna extends a good 20 feet above the fence. Is there anything we can do? I'm tired of this guy peeping.

You can just be quiet when you are in the pool, or plant some large trees to block the view. You could also put up a cabanna between you and your neighbor. You may also want to check the local zoning to see if this guy's radio towers meet code.

You don't really have an expectation of privacy during daylight hours, where a low flying helicopter or antenna climbing neighbor could see you. On the other hand, if they complain about what they see, claiming indecent exposure etc, they will have a hard case to prove.
