Re: Question of Race

Under Federal Law it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race, overall most jurisdictions do not even permit questioning as to this in most situations.

Re: Question of Race

What do you mean by occupancy?

It is illegal to discriminate in housing on the basis of race. I can't think of a conceivable justification for questionning someone's race on an application for housing.

Please feel free to contact me if you feel that you have been the victim of unlawful discrimination in housing or employment.
