Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I had a state court Judge in Florida issue rulings over me that violate my constitutional rights. As a non-party to that case, I have now filed a federal law suit against this Judge. What happens to the orders that are currently in place while I seek justice through the federal case? Also, there is only partial summary judgment in that other case, how does that play into this federal case?

Not enough details here to know. Generally, an order is valid unless and until it is overturned.
