Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

i was the victom in a domestic dispute back in 2007 my boyfriend and i had gotten into an argument and he was arrested because he pushed me i didnt suffer any it was just a miss understanding he spent one night in jail and was released the next day he had to take ananger management classes for 6 months and probation and he had some community hours to serve however he did everything but the community service and he just got arrested this past sunday march or 2010 because he had a warrent since march of 2009 which he did not know he had the police told him the warrent was for a failer to appear so if he had a court hearing he didnt know or he forgot other then these two times he has never been arrested and has no criminal backgroung. he saw the judge on monday march 15 2010 for first appearence and the judge set his bail for 5000 dollars and set another hearing for april 13 2010 now i was told by a few people if i didnt bail him out he would get out on his next hearing on ror and timed served and then i was also told that may not be the case im trying to figure out if i should bail him out or leave him in there until his next court hearing

Up to you. He might get out. Then again, he might go to jail for VOP.
