email tampering
my brother in law is getting divorced from my sister who is very unstable and seeing a pyschiatrist. she has gone into his email and has been reading it for some time. While I am working closely with him with a mutual client (he is in the mortgage industry and I am a realtor) to help this woman not foreclose I sent him a letter that had to go the bank within 24 hours with the clients documents. My sister blocked my email without him knowing and the emails never went through. Isnt this illegal? The problems that she is causing in our business may cause much harm to our client.

tell your brother to get a separate e-mail account. They are free.

Mr. Wagner is correct. He can get a google, yahoo, hotmail, etc. account. Let me know if you want custom email with your own business domain name.
