Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

would he get introuble??

my friend(13 1/2 feamle) is dating a boy that is (17 male) they never talk about let alone have sex at all because she is still a virgin. I just want too know will he get introuble for dating her? He's only three months and some weeks older then her. and they really want to be together. they do know the concequences and are willing to wait for a long time practically until she is 19 so they say. but the boy is really cool and we dont want to see him get in any sort of trouble and neither does the girl and if he is going to get introuble e says he is willing to wait til she's older. But will he go to jail or get introuble for being with her???

Re: would he get introuble??

There seems to be an abundance of these questions lately. He is nearly 18 -- an adult. She is a child and will be such for awhile. An 18 year old should not be going out with or dating a 13 or 14 year old. Lots of risk there and 18 year old boys are not known for resisting easily the urges of their biology. I bet the parents don't have a clue -- and that would speak volumes.
