Lien

I have a house going into forcloser. I did a lot of remodeling and upgraded the kitchen. Can I put a lien on the house to recoup monies for the remodel work I did?

You would need to have complied with the mechanics lien law, which, from your post it does not appear that you have. Have you sent a statutory Notice to Owner?
