Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Biz Opp Co.

I live in NJ. A Fl co refuses to deliver my goods or refund my 4000.00. They ignore me letters and don't return calls. What legal action can I begin.

There may not be much you can do from NJ so I recommend hiring an attorney to handle your case. Alternatively, depending on the facts of your case, a NJ court may also have juridiction to hear your case as well. Good luck.

If you have sufficient facts and evidence you can sue the Florida company. I suggest suit in Florida because that is where the debtor's assets which could be levied upon, if you obtain judgment, are located.
