Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

new used car

I just bought a 2006 sebring 36,000 miles from Auto Kingdom financed through Wachovia and in 4 days it was leaking water under the passenger seat. Took it back to the Auto place within 1 week after purchase who said it was covered so to bring it to a dealer-dealer said it was no longer under warranty would cost 1,000 to fix, back to Auto K who now says is not their responsibility

Read your contract. It is probably not their problem unless you have some type of written warranty.
