Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I am a (control panel engineering) business owner & have purchased (controls) equipement in December 2009 for a job that I have quoted & sold. The company I have purchased this equipement from was to deliver the equipement within 6 weeks (apx. Feb 15). It has been now been 18 weeks and after several calls to the vendor they have admitted that one peice would not be available & refunded only a portion of this peice, and the remaining peice is still "pending". I have called several more times & left messages to cancel the order. Also, in thosse messages I asked for the full refund, but the company is no longer returning my calls.

The job I quoted & sold is now costing the client as well as loosing profit for us (and my company is loosing reputation) since the job is still incomplete and we have no confirmation of product or monies to re-purchase the product elsewhere.

What, if anything, can be done from a legal stand point to resolve this problem?
