Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I need to know which county to file a small claims. I live in Florida hired a wedding photographer over the internet with email, both he and I lived in Palm Beach County at that point. I have made numerous attempts to get my pictures to no avail, he is now living in Miami and the picture were taken in Broward. I don't want to file in Miami, Palm Beach would be preferred. Which county is best?
