Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Defective Boat Hull.Repaired or should be replaced?
I have a 2002 boat with a 5 year hull warranty.I have owned the boat since new.I have recently discovered that when the boat was built, the cut out an 8-10 inch section of the stringer.(basically like the frame on a car). The factory wants to repair, I want a new hull.Legally is that all they have to do is repair?
