Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Is there any legal option for cruise companies not offering refunds or rebooking in light of volcano related problems this preventing getting to embarkation point in Europe....we didnt purchase trip insurance,but just wondering....a big loss of $10,000 on a SeaDream cruise, not in.c air...thanks

It would depend on your agreement with SeaDream. Check the contract, cancellation policy, and the terms and conditions. If after reviewing the terms and contract, you think they should have refunded you for the canceled trip and they are refusing to do so, please feel free to contact me. Regards,
