Live in Florida building a new house not happy with builder, what happens if we walk away. don't show at closing.

what does your contract say as to the penalty for breaching the contract?

Depends on your contract. There may be a penalty to terminate the contract, or you may be allowed to cancel depending upon the builder's actions and the terms of your agreement. If you are unsure, contact an attorney to review it for you. Good luck!
