Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

the local yamaha dealer rebuilt the carbs on my wave runner. We took it on the water the first time and once warmed up it would not start because it was flooding out. I took it back and informed them of the problem. They agreed to fix it. When they were running the wave runner on the water hose it seized up. They refuse to accept responsibility and will not fix it. They say there was gas in the bottom of the engine was the cause, I contend the carbs were not rebuilt correctly thus causing the problem.

What do you do (is that the question?)? You get second and third opinions from other authorized mechanics. You use the other mechanics as expert witnesses in your civil litigation case against the dealer to recover your costs of a faulty repair job (if that is, in fact, the case).
