How do I seek a legal action on Circuit City

Bought TV from Circuit City(CC) on 9/9/2005. Cost $3404 with CC Extended Service. CC salesagent sold CC ESP promising they have top of the line on-site service & will replace unit if it can�t be fixed right there(This false promise seems to be routine for CC as evident from several complaints). He told us it has full money back guarantee if we are not satisfied.

Set showed defects in 2 weeks after installed. Audio won�t work few hours & comes back and so on. Being spurious it took a while to troubleshoot. After 10 days Audio wentdown permanently. I & my wife were traveling abroad. Hence efforts to reach store failed. Upon return CC adviced to use ESP. Week later ESP tecnician confirmed TV is defective & new parts may take several weeks & even month. CC store refused to accept return or Exchange saying its few days past 30 day return policy.

We disputed thru creditcard who issued credit. Reverted back credit 2 months later-CC responded saying it followed return policy & even lied saying I don't have Extended Warranty!

TV not repaired yet after 6 months & tons of calls. Tired of rude attitude, delaying tactics, repeated lies of CC Customer Service.

Want refund for TV, recover addional losses. Any free legal help available? Thx
