Theft at Auto dealership

WHile haveing autop repaired at dealership, my GPS Navigation System was stolen. They have refused to replace or reimburse. What kind of action can I take?

If they refuse to reimburse you, you may try to sue them in small claims court. Please bear in mind that most dealerships tell you to remove all personal property from your car when leaving it for service. They generally have signs disclaiming any liability for any lost or stolen items. That being said, if you can prove that it was there when you brought the car in to the shop, a court might hold them liable but there is not guarantee.
