Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I went to walgreens to buy syringes for prescribed medicine that I also purchased from walgreens. the clerk and the tech at the pharmacy refused to sell them to me even after looking up my records. they embarrassed me in front of several other customers. they told me I had to have a prescription to buy a syringe. I have a prescription for the medication which was for ten doses on file in there computer system. is there a law requiring a prescription for a syringe? and can I sue walgreens for causing me to miss a prescribed treatment and embarrassing me. I feel they treated me like i was some kind of drug addict.

You do need a prescription to buy syringes. You can't sue someone for embarrassing you. Good luck.
