Cival Judgements

I have A judgement against someone which is close to 20 years old at that time a 20 year judgement could be re recorded for an additional 20 years at the conclusion of the first 20 is this still possible?

Recording the judgment give you a judgment lien for a renewable term of seven years. The judgment is enforceable for 20 years. Accordingly it is questionable that you have anything after 20 years
