Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Company Credit Card

My S Corp is going under and I am thinking of just closing the doors. We have outstanding balances on our company credit cards. I am listed as the authorizing signatory on the cards and I understand that as long as I did not personally guarantee the accounts they can't come after me. How do I find out if I did this (personally guarantee)? I am trying to avoid the whole bankruptcy thing and I am looking for options out of this! Thank you

Re: Company Credit Card

When you opened the account you signed an agreement. Check it out. If you have no copy, call the credit card company.
