If you get a judgement against you for credit card debt how can they collect it?

The Plaintiff will get a judgment against the cardholder and will attempt to execute on non homestead real property and personal property of the card holder. The Judgment may last for up to 20 years. Should you have any questions, feel free to give me a call.
