if I have a credit card judgement against me for $23000, can my car be taken if it is paid for and in both my husband,s and my name?

It can be levied on. Whether it is ultimatly taken may require a court hearing.

If you have two cars then possibly yes. State of Florida will allow you to have one car as part of homestead.

Your wife paid for it? Why not remove your name? Note, if you do this to avoid creditors, instead of correcting an oversight, the creditor may still come after the asset.

In the alternative, have your wife borrow against the title; therefore, there will be no equity or value in taking the car.
