Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

my current wife is being called by a collection agency in texas we live in fla they keep bothering me about the money owed.anyway i heaer that if they call your job the y are in the wrong. the problem is my phone is owned by and paid by the company .can i request not to be called on my companys phone? they have our own personal phone number ;but if we cant answer the phone immeditly they call on my companys phone

As long as they do not identify themselves to anyone but you, they can call you. They cannot discuss your debt situation with employees.
