Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am receiving SS disability and am in financial trouble with credit cards. I can't pay the bills. Can they attach my bank account, it has 2 different names on it, I homestead my home can they attach on it? Do I need to have a declaration of homestead filed? I am being harrassed daily and I can only tell them I can't pay since I am on disability and can barely make necessities. Please tell me what they can or cannot do.

Regrets, but there not enough space to write a paper on the extent of assets a creditor may or may not reach. If you have a specific question you may resubmit it. The axiom that one cannot get blood from a stone may aptly apply to you.
