Florida Statute of Limitations Tolling for Credit Card Debt

Does the Statute of Limitations on Credit Card Debt Toll in Florida if an Arbitration Claim is filed against me in another state not Florida? I know it does Toll if a lawsuit is flied against me - in Florida. I live in Florida.
