Garnishment

I have a judgment in the amount of $3K, also filed a writ of execution. How do I go about garnishing wages of this individual? Thank you

1. file motion for writ of garnishment

2. serve on all proper parties

3. include Federal and State exemption information

4. include clerks disclosure and hearing notices

5. pay applicable fees

6. deposit fees for garnishee

7. hire process server

8. go to court if necessary

9. and with every thing in the legal process hold on as everything goes wrong.
