Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I paid of a judgment that was placed and the creditor/attorney will not tell me when they will tell the court that the judgment was paid, only that it will take time. Is there recourse I can take to speed this up and can they take there time doing this?

Make sure you have a general release of your debt. I suggest you move the court to enter a dissmal with prejudice and as grounds state the debt have been satisfied.
