Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am being payroll deducted for an outstanding suit from a bank involving loans/mortgage from a previous, now ended relationship, we are both on the loan pares. I was told by the court the suit has been paid in total, however, I am still being payroll deducted. How can I stop this? Their law firm will not give me answers and my Human Resource dept at my work is "just waiting for paperwork". Thanks.

You need to get to the company to detyermine why they are deducting from your payroll. Ask for the legal basis.
