Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My question is. When you request validation of debt, do they the plaintiff have 30 business days to respond? If 30 days have past what form or letter should I submit to the court Motion for dismissal?

I am not sure if I understand whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant. If the plaintiff does not respond in 30, it does not mean he/she looses any defenses. If the collection agency fails to respond in 30 days after a validation request, the courts are split on this issue. Some allow the agency to sue and some say they cannot.
