Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

The Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida consumer laws provide protection from this harassment. As Attorney Marino has instructed, get the appropriate information next time they call and inform them they are in violation of fair collection practices. Should you have additional questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact me.
