Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I keep receiving a billing statement for a business line of credit from a bank. My husband took out the loan for his business. It was an unsecured loan and I never signed any documents. My husband was the only one who signed the loan documents. He died in February and I was told by the bank that I was not responsible for the payment. They would write it off. I am still getting bills from the bank and now they are sending them to the Estate of my husband. I have been told that since I am not a guarantor of the loan that I am not responsible for payment. Is this true?
