Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I got served court papers from some debt collection agency as an RA for the corp. business. This corporation is out of business for more than a year, and I'm apparently not their RA for the same time. I was not an officer, only RA. So what should I do with this summons now? Thanks.
