How to Sue someone out of state

I want to sue someone that I lent 5K to 2 years. I have given him pleanty of time to re-pay but, still have not received my money back. He lives and works in PA I am in Florida. where do I need to file at. and can I sue him for the interest I have lost and court costs.

If you can establish that the Court in Florida has jurisdiction, you can sure here. If you obtain a Florida judgment, then you need domesticate it in Pennsylvania and commence enforcement proceedings there. Else you need sue in Pa.. If help is needed, call.
