Being sued automobile accident with bicyclist

I hit a drunken bicyclist that was riding his bike in the middle of a major road. He turned in front of me. I received no ticket. My insurance paid 15,000 for medical expences to him. Now he is sueing ME! What do I do?

WHAT CAN HE TAKE FROM ME IF HE WINS? Please answer this questions. I am so nervous and upset. Thanks!

Re: Being sued automobile accident with bicyclist

I assume uyou have notified your insurance carrier of the lawsuit. They will assign legal counsel & defend you up to the limits of your insurance policy. If you are being sued for an amount in excess of your policy you should hire a private attorney to monitor this case since you will be responsible for any additional amounts.

I concentrate in personal injury litigation You may call me at 561 414 7145 to discuss further.

Good luck.
