Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Possible alternate charges for possesion of child Pornography

Recently my home computer was seized and underage images were found on it. There were explicit as well as non explicit images. I have no prior record, and am married with a supportive wife and child. Right now we are panicing for 3 reasons- 1)Prison time, 2)Loss of kob, & 3)Necessity to move from our house.

My question is this, is there any charges less than 3rd degree felonies prosecutors could use in a plea deal?

If a plea is accepted, is there any chance of it not carrying the 'Sex Offender' label?

Is there any point in not taking a plea if the evidence is clearly on the computer?

And finally, how often do people usually do prison time for posession of child pornography in Florida?
