Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was arrested for a bogus charge of Felony child abuse!!
In an attempt for my teen age children to live with their father, they lied to the police and or the police fabricated what they were told..either way I was arrested for child abuse. How do I get this off of my previously clean record?? They have since spoken to a child protective officer and there was no evidence of child abuse and the truth came out from the kids, needless to say my ex has an emeregency custody order and I cannot see my children.

Assuming you meet the other requirements (such as no prior sealings and no adjudications on your records), you can have your dropped criminal charge sealed.
You need a good family lawyer to have the emergency custody order modified or set aside so that you can see your children again.
