I want to know if you can be arrested on church property
I have a friend who was arrested on church property. I wanted to know if this legal in the state of florida.If not what can she do.

There is no statute or law that prohibits someone from being arrested while on church property.
At common law, there was a general principal that no one could be arrested while attending church services. But it has never been codified in Florida.
