On the Attempted trafficking the fact that it is attempted generally brings the degree of the offense down one level, (ex: 1st degree trafficking is now a 2nd degree felony) if it was a second degree you would be looking at a max of 15yrs. prison.

For the posession of 18 Lbs. it would probably be charged as possession with intent to sell and/or deliver and that is a second degree also so again 15 year max.

I would need to know more to give you a better answer, like your priors and when you got them. and the exact charges that have beed filed.

You never know they officers could have violated your constitutional rights and the entire case could be tossed out.
