I had a battery charge with bodily harm and went to prison for 1 ur 1 day and was released April 2nd 2014 was arrested on a touch or strike will I be put back in prison for reoffender act?

They can't put you in prison for a misdemeanor, but it is likely they will want to put you in jail due to your record. I would strongly suggest getting an attorney right away.
