Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you bond a person out of jail and put your home up as collateral, but the bail is only 1500 and the house is worth 60000,can they actually take the house if the person gets arrested again before the other case is settled.They get a 60000 dollar house for 1500 dollars?

No, but they will put a lien on the property forbidding a sale until that debt is satisfied.
