Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend has file an a few motions and none of them being answered by state or a judge. What else can we do? I copied n pasted our email if u wish to look up the case.
the culprit came forward an affidavit stating they committed the crime ; in which, I was convicted in 2007 . I can give her the case number to dig up the facts in the case thats now on court docket : case # 05-001196CF10A broward county florida . thanks love U !
