burglary
my brother was charged with carjacking and has been brought down to burl.of unoccupied conveyance and unarmed. how long would he be looking at and what would be the best thing to do

I believe that charge is a 3rd degree felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison. He should get a lawyer.
