the charge is 831.07 FORGERY OF, ALTER BANK BILL NOTE CHECK DRAFT 1st offence but the charges were all dropped will he be released from jail?

If ALL his charges were dropped, then he would be releaesed immediately. If he hasn't been released, then he is being held on other charges such as a violation of probation, or some other charge you are unaware of.
