I was charged with Burglary of an unoccupied dwelling back in 2005 and was convicted and sentenced to prison for 21 months. Can I get this record sealed or expunged now?

No. Once you are convicted of anything, anywhere, then you are ineligible to get this or any other charge sealed or expunged.
