Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was charged with possession of marijuana, in the state of FL and completed 6 moths of probation. Is this considered a mistaminer or a felony?

If you were charged with 20 grams or less, then it is a misdemeanor. 6 months of probation, I tend to believe that to be the case. But in order to be sure, you should ask your attorney or call the clerk to see exactly what you were charged with.
