What does it mean when clerk of court says Amended Judgement and sentence and judgement of acquittal before you get sentenced on your charges

Can't answer without knowing the full context. It sounds as if the court, state, or your attorney moved to amend the sentence, and could be based on an acquittal, but frankly that language sounds confusing. You need to ask your attorney about this to get some clarification.
