Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have criminal charges and was wondering my lawyer received my discovery then there was a motion to add to discovery they give you computer discs now and my case has 6 discs discs 1-3 have nothing that incriminates me now there is one disc i haven't received now discs 5 and 6 are things from some other case that isn't mine is there any grounds for dismissal if so please help
