Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My daughters friend has accused a fellow student of rape, he is supposed to be arrested tonight. She was drinking and does so quite frequently and is quite promiscious as of late. If this goes to a trial, will they call the girls friends to testify about her character?

probably not. The victim's character is not an issue in most cases.
