This may prove tricky or impossible. Florida only allows you to seal or expunge your record once, and only if it has never been done before here or anywhere else. It also only applies in certain situations. You should consult a criminal attorney to discuss your options and see if this is an avenue available to you.

You have to careful in the order you do this in. In fla you can't have a record sealed if you already had a prior record sealed anywherem you need to ask an attorney in alaska if this is how it works there
